Viva Offices, developed in partnership with Sonae Sierra, has surpassed 60% occupancy, reflecting strong demand for innovative and sustainable workspaces in Porto's prime business district.

The building offers 21,500 m² across nine open-plan floors, featuring 360º panoramic terraces, over 10,000 m² of landscaped gardens and green areas, and more than 300 parking spaces. Designed to meet the evolving needs of modern companies, it integrates ESG criteria from the ground up, including photovoltaic panels, EV charging infrastructure, rainwater harvesting systems, and sustainable mobility solutions. The development is currently pursuing LEED Platinum certification and is in the final phase of exterior landscaping and finishing works.
