Viva Offices - Conclusion

Today we present Viva Offices, an office building located in Porto's Business Zone, whose construction was recently completed.

This project is the result of a partnership between GFH and Sonae Sierra, designed by the architecture firm Broadway Malyan, with construction carried out by Ferreira Build Power. The building has a Gross Construction Area of 21,500 m², spread across nine open-space floors, complemented by 360º panoramic balconies.

The complex also includes more than 10,000 m² of gardens and green areas, as well as over 300 parking spaces. With LEED Platinum certification and ESG criteria, including photovoltaic panels, electric vehicle charging, and rainwater harvesting, Viva Offices meets the needs of modern companies, combining flexibility, comfort, and environmental responsibility.
