The Urban Yard

The construction of the third phase of The Yard is now underway, a GFH project at Jardins da Arrábida, in Vila Nova de Gaia.

With architecture by MVCC Arquitectos and construction by Ferreira Build Power, it brings together 340 apartments ranging from studios to 3-bedroom units, and a full set of amenities designed to have everything you need at home: garden, kids club, co-working lounge, gourmet area, laundry and bike storage.
