Simplex Urbanístico: Masterclass

Today, we brought the team together for a training session on the latest amendment to the RJUE (Legal Framework for Urbanisation and Building).

With the entry into force of Decree-Law No. 108/2026 and the consolidation of the Simplex Urbanístico, urban planning and construction are going through a period of profound change. Knowing the new rules well is essential to ensure the compliance and efficiency of projects.

The session took place in the afternoon at the Morais Leitão offices’ auditorium in Porto, where the main changes and their impact on day-to-day practice were analysed.
