Real Estate Breakfast Matosinhos

GFH took part in the Matosinhos Real Estate Breakfast, an initiative that brought together the municipality, developers and real estate analysts.

The company was represented by board member João Moreira, who spoke about how to develop affordable housing in Portugal and took part in the roundtable with the market’s main stakeholders.

The event also presented the new Matosinhos Real Estate Observatory and the Housing Affordability Study in Portugal, in a debate on the municipality’s dynamics and the investment opportunities in a city undergoing transformation.
