Real Estate Breakfast

GFH will be attending the Matosinhos Real Estate Breakfast!

On September 19th, our board member João Moreira will be at the Noble Hall of the Matosinhos City Council, at an event bringing together the local municipality, developers, and real estate analysts.

The programme includes the presentation of the new Matosinhos Real Estate Observatory and the Housing Affordability Study in Portugal, as well as a discussion on the municipality's dynamics and investment opportunities in a city undergoing transformation. Our board member João Moreira will be taking part in the event, speaking on how to develop affordable housing in Portugal and joining the roundtable with real estate market stakeholders.
