Porto Art Square is a finalist for the 2026 National Real Estate Awards, in the Housing Category.

More than a real estate project, it stands as a space where architecture, city and culture converge. Born from the former José Rodrigues Sculptor Foundation, Porto Art Square brings together housing, offices and the new Foundation, giving the city a place with memory and renewed life, through a project designed by the APEL architecture studio.
