GFH x ILUNION Hotels

GFH has signed today the contract for the construction of the new ILUNION Porto Hotel, located on Rua da Saudade, in Porto.

The project will be developed under a Build to Rent model, with the infrastructure prepared to be operated by the Ilunion hotel chain, which is part of the ONCE Social Group.

With a total of 183 rooms, the hotel will offer a full range of services, including meeting and event rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, and a gym.

The construction, with a total area of approximately 11,500 m², is expected to take 30 months and will be carried out to high environmental standards, aiming for BREEAM sustainability certification.

This investment marks another strategic step by GFH in the development of sustainable income-generating assets, reinforcing its presence in the hotel sector.
