GFH at the 14th Urban Rehabilitation Week in Porto

GFH was present at the 14th Urban Rehabilitation Week in Porto, where our board member Rui d’Ávila took part in the roundtable “Build to Rent – The moment of affirmation for a new residential segment”.

With the first projects already underway, Build to Rent is gaining traction and could usher in a new cycle in the residential market. The discussion focused on how to scale this segment, from municipal programmes to Investment Contracts for Rental Housing (CIA), with the participation of investors, developers and municipalities.

GFH was also a sponsor of the Leaders’ Dinner, held at Casa da Arquitetura, an opportunity for the sector’s main players to meet during this edition of Porto’s Urban Rehabilitation Week.

This participation reinforces GFH’s commitment to developing more affordable and sustainable housing solutions for our cities.
