The VIVA Offices office complex, a result of a partnership between GFH and Sonae Sierra, has begun its commercialization process.

The architectural project is signed by Broadway Malyan and includes a nine-story office building that is fully adaptable to each client's needs while meeting strict sustainability criteria.

In an interview with Diário Imobiliário, our administrator Rui d'Ávila states that Porto is increasingly positioning itself as a destination for modern companies, with high added value and demanding expectations, and believes that the office complex meets these demands.
