On May 2nd, our executive director João Moreira attended the conference "Promoting New Housing for Portuguese Families: Challenges and Secrets" at the Portugal Real Estate Salon.

Joined by David Mourão-Ferreira (ERA Portugal), Duarte Soares Franco (Habitat Invest), Gonçalo Cadete (SOLYD Property Developers), and Ricardo Guimarães (Confidencial Imobiliário), the conference discussed the key challenges faced in constructing new developments, as well as the main trends in the sector.
