13th Urban Rehabilitation Week

GFH took part in the 13th Urban Rehabilitation Week in Porto, held at the Casa da Arquitetura in Matosinhos, one of the main national stages for debating the future of cities and housing.

Our administrator João Moreira joined the roundtable “Territories of Opportunity and Models for Affordable Housing,” where solutions and challenges for developing large-scale affordable rental projects were discussed, bringing together perspectives from private entities, municipalities, and financial institutions.

Meanwhile, Rui d’Ávila, also an administrator at GFH, participated in the roundtable “The New Urban Simplex - How Have We Evolved and What Are the Challenges?”, which promoted an essential discussion on the impact and evolution of this framework in urban licensing and in driving the real estate sector forward.

GFH was also a sponsor of the Leaders’ Dinner, held yesterday, a moment of gathering and exchange among key players in the sector during the 13th Urban Rehabilitation Week in Porto.
